Privacy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ImplicitEx handles information in connection with the public site and non-custodial wallet-to-wallet USDC transfer platform.
ImplicitEx is built around a minimal-data posture. The platform is designed to avoid unnecessary account creation, unnecessary identity collection, and custody of user funds.
Current Platform Status
ImplicitEx transfer execution is live on Polygon mainnet under a limited soft-launch scope. The platform remains non-custodial and does not require a traditional account to use the transfer interface.
Information We Do Not Collect
ImplicitEx does not ask for, collect, or store wallet seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords. Users should never share that information with ImplicitEx or with anyone claiming to provide support.
ImplicitEx does not currently require users to create a traditional account to view the public site or use the transfer interface.
Information You May Provide
You may provide information voluntarily if you contact us by email, submit a form, request support, join a waitlist, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, message content, business information, or other information you choose to provide.
Wallet and Blockchain Information
If you connect a wallet, your browser wallet provider may share your public wallet address with the site. A public wallet address is not the same as a private key, but it may be associated with public blockchain activity.
During live transfer execution, blockchain transactions may be publicly visible on the relevant network. Public blockchain data may include wallet addresses, token transfers, approval events, transaction hashes, contract interactions, timestamps, gas usage, and fee-related activity.
Public blockchain data is not controlled by ImplicitEx and may remain visible even if you stop using the site.
Technical Information
Like most websites, ImplicitEx and its service providers may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site. This may include browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, general location derived from network information, timestamps, error logs, and other diagnostic information.
We aim to use technical information in a limited and practical way: to keep the site functional, identify errors, prevent abuse, improve performance, and understand whether public pages are working as intended.
How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate and maintain the site.
- Respond to questions or support requests.
- Improve user experience and platform reliability.
- Debug errors and monitor security issues.
- Document testnet and production readiness.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
- Identify prohibited, restricted, abusive, or suspicious use.
Compliance and Restricted Jurisdictions
ImplicitEx may process limited technical, wallet, transaction, and location-derived information, where available and applicable, to support abuse prevention, security review, restricted-jurisdiction policy, and legal compliance.
Users may not use ImplicitEx from restricted jurisdictions or on behalf of sanctioned persons. The current supported and restricted jurisdiction list is maintained at Jurisdiction Availability.
How We Share Information
We do not sell private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information because we do not collect that information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, security tools, infrastructure providers, or professional advisers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, protect the platform, prevent abuse, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Aden Media Group LLC, or others.
Third-Party Wallets, Networks, and Services
ImplicitEx may interact with third-party wallet software, blockchain networks, RPC providers, block explorers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other infrastructure. These services may have their own privacy policies, terms, logs, and data practices.
Users should review the privacy and security practices of their wallet provider, browser, device, and any blockchain network or third-party service they choose to use.
Cookies and Analytics
ImplicitEx may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, or similar technologies to support basic site functionality, remember interface preferences, understand traffic patterns, and improve the public site.
We aim to avoid unnecessary tracking and unnecessary identity collection. If more advanced analytics, account systems, or communication tools are added in the future, this policy should be updated to reflect those changes.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the site, but no website, wallet, blockchain network, software system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users remain responsible for securing their own wallets, devices, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, browser extensions, and transaction approvals.
We work to improve the reliability and security of the platform through staged testing, deployment gates, operational review, limited launch scope, and monitoring for errors or abuse. These efforts reduce risk but do not guarantee that the platform, smart contracts, networks, wallets, or third-party services will be free from vulnerabilities, outages, or errors.
Data Retention
We aim to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping reasons.
Public blockchain data is maintained by blockchain networks and cannot be deleted or modified by ImplicitEx.
Children
ImplicitEx is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ImplicitEx develops, especially as the platform moves through limited launch, security review, and broader production readiness work. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date.
