This page provides important legal, risk, and platform-use information for ImplicitEx. It is intended to help users understand the current status of the platform, the nature of non-custodial wallet-to-wallet transactions, and the responsibilities that remain with each user.

Known Limitations

ImplicitEx is a narrow, specific tool. The following constraints are not temporary gaps — they are the defined boundaries of what the platform does.

Before using ImplicitEx, verify that your use case fits within these boundaries. The Verification page shows the contract address, fee model, and a verified on-chain transaction record.

Current Platform Status

ImplicitEx transfer execution is live on Polygon mainnet under a limited soft-launch scope. The active contract has been deployed, source-verified, and smoke-tested on-chain. Access, transfer limits, and availability may be modified or paused as review and production readiness work continue.

Any demo, preview, estimate, interface state, or example shown on the site should not be interpreted as confirmation that a live blockchain transaction has occurred unless the user signs a transaction in their wallet and the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.

Non-Custodial Platform

ImplicitEx is designed as a non-custodial platform. ImplicitEx does not take custody of user funds, does not hold private keys, does not store seed phrases, and does not control user wallets.

Users interact through their own wallet software. Users are responsible for protecting their wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, browser extensions, approvals, and transaction decisions.

No Bank, Broker, Exchange, or Custodian Relationship

ImplicitEx is not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, wallet provider, asset custodian, or wallet recovery service. ImplicitEx does not provide deposit accounts, insured accounts, brokerage services, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning.

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, transfer, or use any digital asset.

Transaction Responsibility

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before authorizing a wallet signature, including the recipient address, token, amount, network, approval request, fee, and transaction confirmation.

Sending funds to the wrong address, using the wrong network, approving a malicious contract, using a compromised wallet, or interacting with an unsupported asset may result in permanent loss.

Users are also responsible for reviewing wallet approval prompts. A token approval may authorize a smart contract to move tokens from a wallet up to the approved allowance. Users should only approve contracts they understand and should revoke allowances they no longer intend to maintain.

Platform Fee

ImplicitEx charges a 1% platform fee on each transfer. The platform fee is paid by the sender in addition to the transfer amount. For example, a transfer of 100 USDC results in a total sender debit of 101 USDC, excluding applicable blockchain network fees. The recipient receives the full 100 USDC transfer amount, and the 1 USDC platform fee is routed separately during contract execution.

Before approving a transaction, ImplicitEx displays the transfer amount, platform fee, and total debit. The total debit equals the transfer amount plus the platform fee and does not include Polygon network gas fees, which are displayed separately by the user's wallet.

Network and Gas Fees

Blockchain networks may charge gas or network fees. These fees are separate from the ImplicitEx platform fee and are paid to the relevant blockchain network, validator, sequencer, or infrastructure participants, not to ImplicitEx.

Gas fees may vary based on network conditions and may still be incurred if a transaction fails, is rejected by the network, or is reverted after submission.

A transaction that has been submitted to the Polygon network is not considered complete until it has been confirmed on-chain. Confirmation times may vary based on network conditions. ImplicitEx may display transaction status information, but does not control block production, network confirmation timing, or the operation of third-party blockchain infrastructure. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible.

No Guarantee of Availability or Outcome

ImplicitEx is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site, interface, smart contracts, wallet connections, RPC providers, third-party services, block explorers, or blockchain networks will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We do not guarantee that any transaction will be completed, confirmed within a specific time, accepted by a wallet, accepted by a network, or recoverable after submission.

Security and Reliability Efforts

ImplicitEx is being developed with a security-conscious operating posture: limited launch scope, conservative transfer limits, contract tests, negative-path testing, deployment gates, source verification, smoke verification, role separation, and incident-response planning.

These efforts are intended to reduce risk, but they cannot eliminate all risk. No smart contract, wallet, website, blockchain network, RPC provider, browser extension, hardware device, or operational process can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, continuously available, or free of defects.

Supported and Restricted Jurisdictions

ImplicitEx is not intended to be supported in restricted jurisdictions, by sanctioned persons, or for transactions that would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering rules, counter-terrorist-financing rules, or other law.

Jurisdictions restricted by platform policy currently include Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the Donetsk region of Ukraine, the Kherson region of Ukraine, the Luhansk region of Ukraine, the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine, and any other comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed region. The current intended-availability list is maintained at Jurisdiction Availability.

Third-Party Services

ImplicitEx may rely on third-party infrastructure, including wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, hosting services, analytics tools, block explorers, and other technical services. ImplicitEx does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, downtime, errors, policies, fees, or security practices.

USDC and Circle

ImplicitEx transfers USDC, a digital asset issued by Circle Internet Group. ImplicitEx does not issue USDC, does not redeem USDC for fiat currency, and does not hold USDC on behalf of users. USDC is not legal tender, not a bank deposit, and not covered by FDIC or SIPC protections.

Circle's own terms, risk disclosures, and operational decisions govern USDC as a digital asset. Circle may make decisions affecting USDC — including address-level restrictions, contract upgrades, or service changes — that are outside ImplicitEx's control and for which ImplicitEx bears no responsibility.

User Conduct

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Users may not use ImplicitEx for fraud, theft, evasion, sanctions violations, money laundering, exploitation, or any unlawful activity. Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax reporting, filing, withholding, or payment obligations arising from their use of ImplicitEx.

ImplicitEx may block, pause, refuse, or discontinue access where it believes use may be unlawful, restricted, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policy.

Changes to the Platform

ImplicitEx may update, pause, disable, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform as development continues, especially during limited launch, security review, and production readiness work.
