# ImplicitEx Transfer Portal

## What this portal is
ImplicitEx Transfer Portal is a self-contained Web3 UI for sending USDC directly
to another wallet address on the Polygon network. It is not a custodian, exchange,
bank, broker, or investment service. No user accounts are required. No funds are
held by ImplicitEx.

## How a transfer works (three-step sequence)
1. Connect wallet — MetaMask or WalletConnect-compatible. Wallet must be on Polygon mainnet.
2. Enter transfer details — recipient address (or ENS name), USDC amount, optional purpose tag and memo.
3. Review and confirm — preview shows recipient, amount, 1% platform fee, total wallet debit, network, and contract address. User confirms in their wallet. Transfer is on-chain and irreversible once submitted.

## Network and token scope
- Supported network: Polygon (PoS) mainnet only
- Supported token: USDC (Circle native Polygon USDC)
- Do not send Bitcoin, Ethereum mainnet USDC, bank USD, MATIC, or any unsupported asset
- A valid-looking address does not prove the recipient controls it

## Fee structure
- Platform fee: 1% of transfer amount, shown before confirmation
- Gas fees: paid by sender in MATIC, estimated live in the Network module
- Approval (when required) must cover the full total debit (recipient amount + platform fee)

## Safety boundaries
- Direct sends to the ImplicitEx contract address may be unrecoverable
- Transfers confirmed on-chain cannot be reversed
- ImplicitEx does not custody, hold, or recover funds on behalf of users
- Preview mode is read-only — no funds move during preview

## What AI agents may do
- Help users understand the transfer workflow and each module's purpose
- Explain the fee structure, recipient verification signals, and live network state
- Help users verify a recipient address or interpret Coin Card registry status
- Explain the distinction between preview and execution
- Read and interpret transfer receipts and proof-of-execution data

## What AI agents must not do
- Initiate, approve, or submit transfers without explicit user wallet confirmation
- Suggest that the wallet confirmation step can be skipped or automated
- Claim that ImplicitEx has custody of or recovery access to user funds
- Represent this portal as an exchange, bank, custodian, broker, or investment service
